The creators of some of Los Angeles' most talked-about, truly innovative shows are now presenting their latest venture, Exit the King. A unique theatrical experience, audience members will journey into a ruler's world coming completely undone over the course of 120 minutes. A hallucinatory, spectacular, absurd world makes its’ terrifying death- spiral to reveal a truly shocking ending that will remain with you long after your exit.
Acclaimed director, Pat Towne (Ovation Award winner “Gorey Stories,” “Exorcistic,” “Frank Zappa’s Joe’s Garage”) leads the company of actors that includes: Jeff Alan-Lee, Jill Bennett, Analia Lenchantin, Erin Matthews, Terry Tocantins, and Nick Ullett. The production team is comprised of designers (Chris Murillo, Matt Richter, and Halei Parker) using forward-thinking, highly unique design techniques to meet the fantastical spectacle demands of Exit the King.
A Theatre Connection is a company dedicated to producing wildly ambitious theatrical experiences that captivate, thrill, and shock audience members from a vast array of different communities. This company is guided by Ionesco’s desire to tackle big questions with absurdity, exquisite theatricality, and most of all humor!
